本次比赛旨在丰富留学生的课余生活，以丰富多彩的形式拓宽中国文化的学习之路，给热爱中国音乐的留学生提供一个展示自我的平台，增进中外学生友谊。

参赛选手为国际交流学院全体留学生（助唱环节可以选择由中国学生参与）。

选手可以以个人或组合形式参赛，组合形式最多两人；
